From Mike DeCourcy, Sporting News - Tightening Up In Memphis

Inside Dish: Tightening up in Memphis
Posted: September 10, 2007

Memphis coach John Calipari ordered players to stay away from nightclubs after center Shawn Taggart and guard Jeff Robinson were arrested following a Labor Day weekend altercation.

Fortunately for the Tigers, good things are happening on the court. Calipari has been impressed with small forward Chris Douglas-Roberts and guard Willie Kemp. Calipari also is pleased with how attentive freshman point guard Derrick Rose, one of the nation's top recruits, has been during skill sessions. But Rose must become more aggressive looking for his shot. He looks to pass at every opportunity, and the offense won't work if players decline open layups. . . .
